Meet
Fiona

For 30 years, I’ve led organisations, provided strategic guidance, and helped individuals to achieve their goals, earning a compelling reputation for delivering tangible results.

I’ve been a key player in the executive team, steering the course of a not-for-profit organization as it tackled the intricate challenges of global expansion.

As a seasoned management consultant, I have regularly worked at Board level, orchestrating teams of 100+ with budgets exceeding $50 million. In both the corporate arena and public sector, I’ve played a pivotal role in shaping strategies, launching innovative business ventures, executing complex transformations, and turning around troubled, mission-critical programs.

I’ve worked alongside leaders in faith-based settings, empowering them to drive profound change within their ministries and the communities they serve.

I know first-hand the intense pressures and hurdles associated with high-stakes challenges, charting a path through ambiguity, and helping organisations and individuals not just survive but thrive in the face of adversity.

I’m also an experienced business coach. My coaching qualifications are European Mentoring and Coaching Council certified, and I am Worldwide Association of Business Coaches accredited. In addition, I am certified to interpret Gallup Clifton Strengths assessments and Myers-Briggs individual and group assessments.

Working with me

My clients are successful, established professionals. You want more for yourself, your team and those you serve. I’m passionate about working with you to make that happen.

The detailed approach is built around you, your needs, your ambitions. Sometimes that means I work with you as an individual. Sometimes I coach entire teams. It could mean a couple of 1:1 sessions over a specific period, or we can design and run flexible programmes combining team and individual sessions and workshops. Whatever it takes to help you achieve the right results in the right way.

I firmly believe you deserve to see a return on your investment of time and money from our work together. So we’ll agree clear expectations up front, and we will check in to ensure that we stay focused on these throughout our work together.

What Clients say

Fiona worked with us to improve problem solving, communications, managing change and navigating conflict both internally and in leading the wider business. Fiona was very professional, personable, and skilled and we have continued to apply the insights ever since.

CEO Rail Operator

As a bishop, I’m ultimately responsible for what happens in the diocese. Fiona’s coaching helped me see two crucial things: firstly, that I don’t have to carry every aspect of that burden alone, and secondly, how I can start to draw others in. The insights around discerning and casting vision and learning to change culture were paradigm shifting. They gave me a different approach that really helped shift the conversation.

Bishop Roman Catholic Church

Fiona’s coaching helped me separate out the many complex operational issues facing us from the handful of big strategic choices we really needed to make. She also gave us some practical guidance on how to start to tackle these fundamental decisions. It’s made such a difference.

The coaching sessions have given me an invaluable space to talk through various leadership challenges. Fiona’s ability to offer specific insights, illuminated with examples and practical tools, has also helped me translate ideas into concrete action. I look forward to each session and leave with fresh perspective and encouragement.

Leader Faith based organization

Fiona enabled me to recognise that challenges I faced were not unusual, and she helped me build confidence to see that they could be tackled and overcome. Through coaching, we were able to bring structure to a loosely defined set of related concerns, and to prioritize which areas to tackle first. The sessions provided much-needed space to think, and Fiona has balanced well the facilitative role with constructive guidance.

Programme Director Professional Services Firm

Fiona’s coaching helps me clarify and untangle the issues I was wrestling with. Yet again, she’s helped me leave with some clear implementation goals. It is really valuable for me to get this external perspective and challenge.

CEO Charity CEO

My coaching sessions offer a valuable space to step back and take stock on key issues. This chance to see the bigger picture and have space to work through the challenges with her as a sparring partner and fresh pair of eyes has been incredibly helpful. The sessions allow me to order my thoughts and get clear on the decisions that need to be made.

CEO Hospitality sector

Fiona's coaching was a great support for me at a key moment. She helped me untangle a complex set of opportunities, figure out the right next step and start moving forward. Her objectivity, fresh perspective and appreciation of the bigger picture made all the difference!

Fiona asks good, insightful questions. Her decades of leadership experience also means she generally has an excellent read of the wider situation, politics, and dynamics. All of which make her a highly effective advisor and coach for those working in senior business leadership roles where the stakes are high and the pressure to perform is intense.
